OUR SOURCE OF LOVE!

OUR SOURCE OF LOVE!


The greatest thing
That we CAN ever
HOPE to be in life
IS PERFECT LOVE


But it is unlikely=IMPOSSIBLE=
For us to ever get there
For there is ONLY
One man-God who ever
Made it


And that is OUR LORD
And Savior Jesus Christ=
OUR SOURCE OF LOVE!


“Whoever loves God
MUST also love his brother” 1 John 4:21


We must love God
As our total self=and we must LOVE
Our brothers and sisters=the same way
With that PERFECT LOVE


We CANNOT be good Christians
And still love God


IF we carry grudges-if we
Pass judgments=if we
WITHHOLD forgiveness=or if we
Gossip-slander-and withhold
OUR resources and affections


There is ONLY ONE SOURCE
OF LOVE=God our FATHER
As well as Jesus himself
Who was sent=IN PERFECT LOVE


Who was sent to FORGIVE us
Who was SENT to ransom us
From our sins


OUR SOURCE OF PERFECT LOVE!


“Son though he was
He learned obedience
From what he SUFFERED


And once made PERFECT
He became THE SOURCE
Of eternal salvation


For all who obey him
And was designated by God
To be high priest


In the order
Of Melchizedek” Hebrews 5:8-9


“For God so LOVED
The world
That he gave


His ONE AND ONLY SON
That whoever
Believes in him
Shall NOT perish
But have ETERNAL LIFE” John 3:16


OUR SOURCE OF LOVE=the Father=
And the SON-TOGETHER
TALK ABOUT GIVING


“We love God=because he
FIRST LOVED US” 1 John 4:19


God the Father taught us
The GIFT of LOVE=
The gift of eternal giving
By giving us HIS ONE & ONLY Son


We ONLY know how to LOVE
God and love others=because
God loves us FIRST


Human love is CONDITIONAL=
It is ERRATIC
It is all
OVER the place


But God's LOVE IS PERFECT
It is UNCONDITIONAL
And it is
ALWAYS THERE for us


“As for God
His way is PERFECT
The Lord's word
Is flawless


He shields all
Who take refuge in him” Psalm 18:30


“Every good and PERFECT gift
Is from above
Coming down from
The FATHER
Of the heavenly lights.........” James 1:17


Dear Lord=TEACH us all to
LOVE like OUR SOURCE
OF LOVE=the heavenly Father
And Jesus


Whose love is ALWAYS PURE=
Always UNCONDITIONAL
And always true


In Jesus' name and in the name of OUR SOURCE OF LOVE=GOD THE FATHER
