INVITED TO BE……..

 

“The “MAGIC OF THE SEASON”=

Is approaching us

 

COMING is the lights=the sounds

The flavors=and the JOY of Christmas

 

Coming too=is the BABY Jesus=and we

Are INVITED TO BE

A part of his mission=too=

Lust like the original APOSTLES

 

We can be=THE MODERN DAY APOSTLES

Of the Lord=we are INVITED TO BE

A part of his mission

 

“The HARVEST is abundant=

But the laborers are few=

So ask

 

The master of the HARVEST-

To send out laborers=FOR HIS HARVEST”                                                                                  Matthew 9:37-38

 

Jesus tells us

He is the ONE=he promises us

A future hallmarked

By abundance and fulfillment

 

The Lord=is

FILL of compassion=full of LOVE

And he has come=to redeem us

And save us

 

WE ARE INVITED=to be

A PART of his mission=we are

To BE a part=of building up

His kingdom on earth=don’t be excluded

 

LET US be his laborers and

WORK on the MISSION=let us BE

A part of the harvest

 

“Don’t you have a saying’=

‘It’s still four months-

Until harvest?’

 

I tell you=open your eyes

And look at the fields=

They are ripe for HARVEST”                                                                                                        John 4:35

 

“Let us=not become weary

In doing good

 

For at the proper time

We will reap=A HARVEST=

If we do not give up”                                                                                                              Galatians 6:9

 

“No discipline=seems pleasant

At the time=but painful

 

Later on however=it produces

A HARVEST of righteousness

And peace

 

For those=

Who have been trained by it”                                                                                                       Hebrews 12:11

 

INVITED TO BE……..

A part of the harvest

Invited to BUILD UP

The Kingdom of God=in this

The 21^st century

 

But Jesus’ kingdom is NOT MAGICAL=

It does not come

With a snap of the fingers

We have=TO WORK FOR IT

 

Jesus takes us=INTO THE CROWDS

He heals the sick=and he INVITES US

To be a PRAT

Of his MISSION=in this modern day world

 

SO ACCEPT THE INVITATION=and

WORK to build up

The Kingdom of God

In this world

 

“But knowledge puffs up=

While LOVE BUILDS UP”                                                                                             1 Corinthians 8:1

 

So let us EMBRACE

Our role as laborers

And ACCEPT THIS INVITATION

 

And work to bring GOD’S LIGHT=

With love=to ALL

That we meet

 

In Jesus’ name=and in the name=of our ever and ALWAYS LOVING=Holy Father God!
