Have you EVER given

Your WORD to someone?

Have you ever made

A PROMISE to God?

 

Have you kept it?=YOUR WORD

It is

NOT always so easy to do

 

I made a PROMISE to God

When I was 22=”to LIVE

For my family-my friends-

And for ALL PEOPLE everywhere”

 

I have TRIED my best

To keep it=but it has NOT

Always been easy

 

“……..give us NEW LIFE=

And we will call upon your name”                                                                                                    Psalm 80:19

 

By affirming MY PROMISE

Or at least=attempting to

 

It has helped me

To have a tremendous relationship

With God=and with ALL of you

 

So many of you guys=

HAVE TOUCHED ME

In the MOST amazing of ways

 

KEEPING YOUR PROMISES=

KEEPING YOUR WORD!

 

We live at a TIME

When so many people

Don’t know=what they say

Let alone=KEEP THEIR PROMISES

 

“The Lord has kept

THE PROMISE=he made”                                                                                                     1 Kings 8:20

 

“THE PROMISE=is for you

And your children

 

And for all

Who are far off--------

 

For all=whom the Lord

Our God=will call”                                                                                                 Acts 2:39

 

“He redeemed us=in order

That the blessing=given to Abraham

 

Might come to the Gentiles

Through Christ Jesus

So that by faith

We might receive=THE PROMISE

Of the Spirit”                                                                                                                                  Galatians 3:14

 

KEEPING YOUR PROMISE-

KEEPING YOUR WORD=

Is a sign of INTEGRITY

 

It is a SIGN

That your words=mean something

That your PROMISES=mean something

 

So keep your words-

KEEP your promises

Let the Lord=SHINE THROUGH YOU!

Through us

 

“AS for you=

If you walk before me

Faithfully with INTEGRITY

Of heart and uprightness

As-David your father did……..”                                                                                         1 Kings 9:4

 

“Whoever walks in INTEGRITY-

Walks securely

 

And whoever takes crooked paths

Will be found out”                                                                                                                   Proverbs 10:9

 

So this ADVENT=

KEEP YOUR WORDS=

KEEP YOUR PROMISES

 

Be SOMETHING=someone different

KEEP YOUR PROMISES

To God=and to EACH OTHER!
