CARRYING THAT INNER JOY!

 

Today=we read about

That first MEETING between Jesus=and

John the Baptist=WHEN they are

In the wombs of Mary and Elizabeth

                                                                                                                                                                                       

“At that time=Mary got ready

And hurried to a town=in

The hill country of Judea=where

She entered Zechariah’s home=and greeted Elizabeth

 

When Elizabeth=heard Mary’s greeting

THE BABY LEAPED=in her womb=and Elizabeth

Was filled=with THE HOLY SPIRIT”                                                                                       Luke 1:39-41

 

WHAT JOY=for the mothers=What

They must have felt=WHEN

They met carrying their babies

They were CARRYING=THAT INNER JOY!

 

As we are too=

CARRYING THAT INNER JOY!=as God

Is with us=and we are WAITING for God

To fill our hearts=With love and JOY

This Advent=CARRYING THAT INNER JOY!

Like Mary and Elizabeth

 

“In a loud voice=she exclaimed=

‘BLESSED are you=among women

And blessed is the child=you will bear

 

But=WHY=am I so favored=that

The Mother of my Lord=should come to me?

 

As soon as the sound=of your greeting

Reached my ears=the baby in my womb

LEAPED FOR JOY

 

BLESSED is the one=who has believed

That that the Lord=would FULFILL

His promises to her!’”                                                                                                  Luke 1:42-45

 

Two mothers=carrying children

That would=CHANGE THE WORLD

Two mothers=CARRYING THAT INNER JOY!

 

In the Christian population=

CARRYING=that solemn INNER JOY

As we await Our God=to come again

Yet again=this year

 

We can NO LONGER=remain silent

We are=BURSTING with inner joy

To tell the world=about

THE COMING OF OUR JESUS=with his Holy Father God!

 

Our God=was with us yesterday

Our God=is with us TODAY=and

Our Holy Father God=will be

With us forever more=

CARRYING OUR INNER JOY!

 

“For seven days=CELEBRATE

The festival of the Lord=your God

At the place=the Lord will choose

 

For the Lord=Your God=will bless you

In all your harvest=and in=all the work

Of your hands=AND YOUR JOY=will be complete”                                                               Deuteronomy 16:15

 

“Then I will go=to

The altar of God=to God=MY JOY

And my delight=I will praise you

With the lyre=O God=my God”                                                                                                      Psalm 43:4

 

Dear Lord=two pregnant women=CHANGED

The world 2,000 years ago=with the BIRTH

Of their children

 

They were just=

CARRYING THEIR INNER JOY=as we

Are CARRYING THAT INNER JOY!=too

For the coming of our LORD this year

And His Holy FATHER GOD

 

In the names=of the HOLY FAMILY=and GOD=the FATHER OF US ALL!
