MEANT TO GLORIFY GOD

 

Do you KNOW=that

Our lives ARE MEANT to GLORIFY GOD?

 

Yes you and me=are MEANT TO GLORIFY GOD

With our very thoughts=actions =and DEEDS

Just think=we are

MEANT TO GLORIFY GOD!

 

“But the God=whose hand

Is your LIFE BREATH=and the

WHOLE course of your life=You

Did not GLORIFY”                                                                                                                 Daniel 5:23

 

Have you ever heard the saying=

“THE WRITING IS ON THE WALL?”

Its ORIGIN is biblical=and

It is from Daniel

 

The actions of Belshazzar’s=are so

GRAVE=that God sends=A HUMAN HAND

To spread a MESSAGE=on the wall

 

The King becomes terrified=his thoughts

TERRIFY HIM=shakes with fear=and

Is trembling=and

 

THE WRITING=is on the WALL

For our world too=IF

We don’t find a way=TO TURN

Back to God and love=in this world

We were MEANT=TO GLORIFY GOD

NOT to turn our back on him

 

“GLORIFY THE LORD=with me

Let us exalt=his name together”                                                                                                Psalm 34:3

 

“In the same way=let your light

Shine before others=so that

 

They may see=your good deeds=and GLORIFY

Your Father in heaven”                                                                                                            Matthew 5:16

 

“When he was gone=Jesus said=’Now

The Son of Man=IS GLORIFIED=in him

 

God will GLORIFY=the SON in himself

And will GLORIFY HIM=at once’”                                                                                       John 13:31-32

 

This King Belshazzar=his guests

Defiled the sacred temple=by praising

AND WORSHIPPING false gods

Like silver=gold and bronze

 

I can’t help BUT WONDER=

What our God and Jesus=THINK

About us=in today’s world

Worshipping gods=of materialism=of science

Of lust=alcohol=drugs and pornography

 

MY FRIENDS=we were sent=into this world

To build genuine lives=and families

We were =MEANT TO=GLORIFY GOD!

Our glorious=wonderful=LOVING GOD!

 

“GLORIOUS and majestic=are his deeds

And hirs righteousness=endures forever”                                                                     Psalm 111:3

 

“Sing to the Lord=for he

HAS DONE GLORIOUS THINGS=let

This be known to=all the world”                                                                                           Isaiah 12:5

 

“The sun will be=turned

To darkness=and the moon to blood

Before the coming

Of the great=and GLORIOUS DAY

Of the Lord”                                                                                                                    Acts 2:20

 

My dear friends=THE WRITING

Is ON the wall=for all of us too

INCLUDING me and you

 

We are MEANT TO!=live lives

THAT GLORIFY GOD=and his Son Jesus Christ

We should do it today=NO EXCUSES!

 

In Jesus’ name=and in the name=of our FOREVER LIVING

FOREVER loving=Holy Father God!
