POINTING TO=THE TRUE LIGHT

 

POINTING TO=THE TRUE LIGHT

 

ONE THING=is true of me and you

We are=NOT the true LIGHT OF GOD

It was=and always will be Jesus

 

John the Baptist=Jesus’ cousin

KNEW that too=he was

NOT the true light=he too

WAS to POINT OTHERS=to Jesus

 

That is our job too

POINTING OTHERS=pointing them

TO THE ONE TRUE LIGHT

 

“A man named John=was sent

From God=He came for testimony

To testify=TO THE LIGHT

 

So that all might believe

Through him=he was=not the light

But came to=TESTIFY to THE LIGHT”                                                                                   John 1:6-8

 

John the Baptist=made it CLEAR

From the beginning=he was

NOT the main one

 

WE all need to recognize ourselves=

That we are NOT=the light either

POINTING TO=THE TRUE LIGHT=of

Our Holy Father God=and his name=is Jesus Christ

 

“You Lord=are my lamp=the Lord

Turns my darkness=INTO LIGHT”                                                                                   2 Samuel 22:29

 

“For you=have delivered me

From death=and my feet

From stumbling=that I may walk

Before God=in the LIGHT OF LIFE”                                                                                 Psalm 56:13

 

“The people walking in darkness=have

Seen A GREAT LIGHT

 

On those=living in the land

Of darkness=A LIGHT has dawned”                                                                           Isaiah 9:2

 

WE all have to take=AN HONEST LOOK

At our lives=Is Jesus

ANYWHERE=to be seen = in our lives

Personally or professionally?

 

Our lives=are NOT to be

About success=wealth=OR PRESTIGE=or

HOW MANY FOLLOWERS

We have on social media

 

It is=to be about

POINTING to=THE TRUE LIGHT

The true LIGHT OF JESUS=and

His HOLY FATHER GOD=that is

To be=the main course=OF OUR LIVES

 

“The people=living in darkness

HAVE SEEN A GREAT LIGHT

 

On those=living in the land

Of the shadow of death=

A LIGHT HAS DAWNED”                                                                                                        Matthew 4:16

 

“For God=who said=

‘LET LIGHT=shine out of darkness’

 

MADE HIS LIGHT=shine in our hearts

To give us=THE LIGHT of=the knowledge

Of God’s glory=displayed in=the Face of Christ”                                                                 2 Corinthians 4:6

 

So that is OUR CALLING=in this world

To point others=

TO THE TRUE LIGHT=to the main thing

Of Jesus’ LOVE for us everyday

THE GOOD NEWS=of this world

 

POINTING OTHERS to=

THE TRUE LIGHT=of Christ=and

The HEAVENLY FATHER GOD

 

That is our jobs =in this world

FOR GOD’S LIGHT=to SHINE through us

In Jesus’ name=and in the name=of our FOREVER GLORIFYING=Holy Father God!
