FOR THE GREATER GOOD We are ALL on a journey Through life And we should TRY to live OUT OF UNITY AND PEACE For the GREATER GOOD EVERYONE is trying to go Somewhere in life And we should try to HELP ANOTHER LONG All of life is NOT a competition “........STRIVING to PRESERVE The unity of the spirit Through the BOND OF PEACE” Ephesians 4:3 Let us BUILD a world of unity and peace- For the greater good-and try to HELP each other along “How GOOD and pleasant it is When GOD'S PEOPLE live together IN UNITY” Psalm 133:1 “I have given them The GLORY you gave me That they may be ONE As we are one-I in them- And you in me- So that they may be brought To COMPLETE UNITY Then the world WILL KNOW that you sent me And have LOVED them Even as you have loved me” John17:22-23 It is God and Jesus That wants to UNITE US It is the devil That wants to divide And separate us In just a little OVER two weeks We COME TOGETHER For an election For the GREATER GOOD I PLEAD with the nation-our nation I plead for the world-our world That we COME TOGETHER-regardless Of who wins Let us COME TOGETHER For the greater good-FOR UNITY- Under our new leader For UNITY under God-ONE GOD- THE GOD OF LOVE It is EASY to be divisive In this world But it is not easy-to sublimate Our personal wishes And come together For the GREATER GOOD of our country And our world We are all FLAWED in one way Or another- Let us come together in unity For the common good “Taste and see That the Lord is GOOD BLESSED is the one Who takes refuge in him” Psalm 34:8 “WHOEVER seeks GOOD-finds favor But evil comes to one Who searches for it” Proverbs 11:27 Whoever we ELECT In two weeks LET US give them a chance We may FAIL in our humanity But let us strive “To PRESERVE the unity of the spirit Through the bond of peace” In the name of God And our Lord Jesus Christ WHO IS KING Robert P.
