THE WHISPERING WORDS OF LOVE AND MERCY Do you feel guilt or shame Over anything? Are you carrying SOMETHING with you from your PAST? LET IT GO!-feel the LOVE & MERCY From God-from Jesus Many of us are CARRYING BURDENS From years ago-let God HELP you FEEL WHOLE AGAIN EMOTIONAL burdens can weigh Us down-and feeling angry or bitter About something-does us no good At all “He laid his hands on her- And she at once-stood up straight And GLORIFIED GOD” Luke 13:13 Jesus can HEAL YOU-no matter- What you are carrying- And no matter how long it has been He can HEAL YOU- In all ways-emotionally- Spiritually-and physically GOD'S WORDS=the whispering words OF GOD'S LOVE AND MERCY TODAY we read about A woman who has been CRIPPLED For 18 years=and Jesus HEALS her On the SABBATH day of all days “On a SABBATH-Jesus was teaching In one of the synagogues And a woman was there Who had been crippled by a spirit For eighteen years She was bent over And COULD NOT straighten up at all When Jesus saw her-he called Her forward-and said to her, 'Woman you are SET FREE From your infirmity'” Luke 13:10-12 Yes-God-Jesus-CAN HEAL-any time- ANYWHERE that he wants The WHISPERING words of LOVE AND MERCY=on the SABBATH DAY Or any other day “THEN he put his hands on her And IMMEDIATELY she straightened up And praised God” Luke 13:13 HEALING is GOD'S forte-Jesus' forte ALL it takes IS a little FAITH PART of the problem Is our limited awareness On the MANY WAYS Christ comes to us-to heal us He COMES to us THROUGH the words and touch of others He comes to us In our shame-he HELPS US In all the ways We NEED to be helped Dear Lord-help us ALWAYS Be available to your healing In ALL the days of the year EVEN on the SABBATH “The words of the reckless Pierce like swords But the tongue of the wise BRINGS HEALING” Proverbs 12:18 “Jesus went through Galilee Teaching in their synagogues PROCLAIMING the GOOD NEWS Of the kingdom And HEALING every disease and sickness Among the people” Matthew 4:23 Dear Lord=in this year OF MERCY- ALWAYS help us to open up And listen to YOUR WHISPERING WORDS OF LOVE AND MERCY In Jesus' name, Robert P.
