GIVING OUR LIVES=OVER TO GOD

 

Today we CELEBRATE

The VISITATION of our Mary

To her relative Elizabeth

 

What a JOYOUS EXPERIENCE

That must have been

As they were BOTH

With child

 

I look back=WITH JOY

To my previous visits

AND EXPERIENCES=with my relatives

What great times they were

What a GREAT FAMILY=we had

 

We should all=GIVE OUR LIVES

OVER TO GOD=like Mary

And experience the JOY

 

“When ELIZABETH-heard Mary’s greeting

The infant leaped=in her womb”                                                                                             Luke 1:41

 

Mary is a REWARD

For the patience of God=

In her=the Lord FINDS a body

In which to dwell

And a HEART=receptive

For GOD’S PLAN=in her life

 

How much more joy

We would have=IF

We were ALL=RECEPTIVE like Mary

For his plan=for our lives

 

GIVING OUR LIVES=

OVER TO GOD=for the plan

For our life

 

“May he give you

The desire=for your heart

And make=ALL YOUR PLANS SUCCEED”                                                                               Psalm 20:4

 

“PLANS are established

By seeking advice=

So if you wage war=Obtain guidance”                                                                                   Proverbs 20:18

 

“But the noble-

Make noble PLANS=

And by noble deeds=they stand”                                                                                        Isaiah 32:8

 

What joyful experiences

Mary Had=

Rushing to see Elizabeth=

The CHILDREN LEAPING in their wombs

Elizabeth saying=

“You are the MOST BLESSED

Of all women=and blessed

IS the child=you will bear”                                                                                                Luke 39:43

 

Mary TEACHES us so much=

JOY=serendipity

She teaches us to

 

GIVE OUR LIVES

OVER TO GOD=and we will be

Blessed with FRUIT

For the Lord

 

“That person=is like a tree

Planted by=streams of water

 

Who yields ITS FRUIT

In season--------and whose leaf

Does not wither--------

Whatever they do=prospers”                                                                                            Psalm 1:3

 

So let us glorify God

Like Mary=and we

Will bring him JOY=like Mary

 

GIVING OUR LIVES=OVER TO GOD!

 

In Jesus’ name=and in the name of our Holy God the Father=and HIS HOLY FAMILY!
