OPEN YOUR EARS=HEARTS=AND SOULS
When we read=OUR BIBLES
Or listen to the readings
In Church=
HEARING Jesus’ voice
Is NOT all that difficult
When we LISTEN to Jesus=
It helps us to
HOLD our temper in
It HELPS US
To do a good deed
For a friend=or a neighbor
Jesus wants us to BE
Like him=but NONE of us
Can be=or will be
PERFECT like him
Nevertheless we can
OPEN OUR EARS=OPEN OUR HEARTS
And OPEN OUR SOULS
To others
Just like Jesus did
“My sheep HEAR my voice=
I know them-
And they follow me”
John 10:27
We have to KEEP
Our ears open=
We have to listen
For the GOOD SHEPHERD’S
Gentle voice=and obey
When we STAY OPEN
We realize=we begin
To UNDERSTAND
That following Jesus
Isn’t so very difficult
OPEN YOUR EARS=HEARTS=
AND SOULS=for Jesus
Follow Jesus
“Moses summoned all Israel
And said=
‘Hear Israel=the decrees and laws
I declare=in your hearing today
Learn them-
And be sure to=FOLLOW THEM’” Deuteronomy
5:1
“FOLLOW the way of love
And eagerly desire gifts
Of the Spirit-especially prophecy”
1 Corinthians 14:1
“FOLLOW GOD’S EXAMPLE=
Therefore as dearly loved children
And walk in=the way of love
Just as Christ loved us
And gave himself up=for us
As a fragrant offering
And sacrifice of God” Ephesians

OPEN YOUR EARS=YOUR HEARTS=
ANS SOULS=for Jesus
For God our Father=and for all others
WHEN we do this
That difficult relationship
TURNS into a friendship
And opportunities abound
For us in life
THROUGH OUR CHRISTIAN FAITH
When we OPEN OUR EARS=
OUR HEARTS=AND OUR SOULS
We move CLOSER to Jesus
And set a good example
LISTEN for Jesus’ voice=
IN Jesus’ name=and in the name=of our ALWAYS LEADING=and
forever teaching=HOLY FATHER GOD!
