IN A KIND=AND GENEROUS WAY

 

Being a CHRISTIAN=means

We are=to live our lives IN LOVE

And it means=we are to live

IN A KIND=AND GENEROUS WAY

 

“……..it was IN Antioch=that the disciples

Were first called CHRISTIANS”                                                                                     Acts 11:26

 

The term “CHRISTIAN”=

Was first used=by NONBELIEVERS

And it was intended=TO MOCK

NOT affirm who a Christian was

 

But the BELIEVERS IN God=

The Believers=In Jesus Christ

Overcame all of that=

They welcomed the name=and

They made it=THEIR OWN

 

So much so=

That the term Christian=came to mean

To treat others=IN A KIND=AND GENEROUS WAY

 

WHERE are all the Christians

In our society=today=where are they

IN our world?=Couldn’t we

USE a little more practicing Christians=

Living=IN A KIND=AND GEEROUS WAY?

 

“However=if you suffer

AS A CHRISTIAN=do not be ashamed

But praise God=that you BEAR that name”                                                                             1 Peter 4:16

 

I am PROUD

To be a Christian=and I take the name

Very seriously=I do TRY

To live out of love=I do try=to live

IN A KIND AND GENEROUS WAY

 

How about you?

Are you PROUD to

Bea Christian?=Are you LIVING

Out of love=do you live with KINDNESS

AND WITH GENEROSITY?

LIVING like a Christian

LIVING IN A KIND=AND GENEROUS WAY

 

“It is a sin=

To despise one’s neighbor=

But blessed=is the one=WHO IS KIND

To the needy”                                                                                                               Acts 14:21

 

“Consider=THE KINDNESS

And sternness of God

 

Sternness to those who fell=

But KINDNESS to you=provided you

Continue=IN HIS KINDNESS”                                                                                              Romans 11:22

 

So do you

CONSIDER yourself a Christian?

Will you love your neighbor?

Will you BE=a faithful follower of Jesus?

Will you BE=living

IN A KIND=AND GENEROUS WAY?

 

Christians are DEFINED by living

IN A KIND=AND IN A GENEROUS WAY

 

“Good will come=to those

WHO ARE GENEROUS=and lend freely=

Who conduct their affairs=with justice”                                                                                  Psalm 112:5

 

“THE GENEROUS=

Will themselves be blessed=

For they share their food

With the poor”                                                                                                                       Proverbs 22:9

 

BE PROUD=to be a CHRISTIAN=

Live like Christ=in love=and in forgiveness

And=IN A KIND=AND GENEROUS WAY!

 

In Jesus’ name=and in the name==of our ever loving=EVER KIND AND GENEROUS=Holy Father God!
