Is there
Some sin
That you are carrying
That you just can’t get rid of
That you just can’t get through
No matter how hard that you try
No matter what you do


I know
I do
I have a few


Give it to God
Let him
Carry the day
Just give it to God
He’ll carry it
All the way through
After all
He already
Lived and died
And he did it all
Just for you
So don’t
Let the guilt
Get to you
Don’t let it
Eat you alive
You are just
A human being
Doing the best that you can
Like we all
Are trying to do


So don’t quit trying
But give it to God
And he’ll
Get it done
For you
