HIS MOTHER AND OURS


Today we CELEBRATE
The feast of Jesus' Mother=


The BLESSED MOTHER Mary
And she is NOT only Jesus' Mother
But she is a mother
The MOTHER of us all=
A person of love and compassion


“From this day
All generations
Will call me BLESSED


The Almighty
Has done great things
For me
And HOLY is his NAME” Luke 1:48-49


I can't imagine my FAITH
In Jesus=without also HAVING FAITH
In the BLESSED MOTHER


She gives us the ANSWER
To the question
Of HOW we should RESPOND
To Jesus


She is Jesus' MOTHER
And she is
My mother/OUR mother too


She TEACHES us
How to welcome Jesus
Into our life


She teaches us
How to be TAUGHT
By him
And how to say YES
To him
And to LIVE WITH HOPE


Because she did it first
She is OUR MODEL
She is Jesus' Mother=
But she is our mother too


When Jesus is dying
He gives his mother
To John=he gives
HIS MOTHER to all of us


“When Jesus saw
His mother there
And the disciple=
Whom he loved


'Standing nearby
He said to her
'Woman=here is your son'
And to the disciple
'Here is your mother'


From that time on
The disciple
Took her into his home” John 19:26-27


Because Jesus BELONGS
To the whole world
HIS MOTHER=belongs to us-
And to the whole WORLD TOO


“Join together
In following my example
Brothers and sisters


And just as you
Have us as a MODEL


Keep your eyes
On those
Who LIVE as we do” Ephesians 3:17


“And so you
Became a MODEL
To all


The believers
In Macedonia and Achaia” 1 Thessalonians 1:7


Mary was JESUS' MOTHER
They are blood
And she is OUR MOTHER


Because Jesus is
THE BROTHER TO US ALL


All the GOOD experienced=
It all came from God
Jesus=God=SHARED his life
With her


And I hope to FOLLOW her=
Welcome her=
LISTEN to her
All the days of MY LIFE


ALL THE WAY HOME


She=MARY=is Jesus' Mother
She is our mother
She is
THE MOTHER OF US ALL


In Jesus' name and in the name of GOD=THE ALMIGHTY FATHER
