THE BATTLE IS NEVER OURS ALONE

THE BATTLE IS NEVER OURS ALONE


TODAY we read about the
ISRAELITE people and the
WANTING of meat


Moses doesn't know
What he is going to do
And TURNS to God


He becomes frustrated


“I CANNOT CARRY
All these people
By MYSELF


For they are too HEAVY
For me” Numbers 11:14


Moses FINDS himself in
A PREDICAMENT=that is the same


For ANYONE who has ever TRIED
To SERVE God-by
SERVING OTHERS


You CANNOT please all the people
All the time=and
The going gets ROUGH


Those you are TRYING TO HELP
Become dissatisfied with your efforts


TURN BACK to God=
The battle is NOT=
NEVER was ours alone


God will help us
CARRY the burdens
Of all the people


He GAVE Jesus 12 apostles and
disciples=didn't he


“There you SAW
How the Lord-
Your God CARRIED you


As a FATHER
CARRIES his son


ALL the way you went-
Until-You reached-
This place” Deuteronomy 1:31


“He TENDS his flock
He gathers the lambs
In his arms


And CARRIES them
CLOSE to his heart


He GENTLY leads those
That have young” Isaiah 40:11


The battle
Is NEVER ours alone
TURN BACK TO GOD


Moses is RIGHT=
He-”CANNOT CARRY
All the people”


But he never was
Supposed to-and-
NEITHER are we


We are to RELY
On the HELP-and-
The GUIDANCE of the Lord


He will LEAD THE WAY


“TEACH me your way-Lord
LEAD ME
In a straight path


Because-
Of my oppressors” Psalm 27:11


“I instruct you
In the WAY of wisdom


And LEAD YOU
Along straight paths” Proverbs 4:11


“Dear children-do NOT
Let anyone LEAD you astray


The ONE who does
What is righteous-is righteous-
Just as he is RIGHTEOUS” 1 John 3:7


Moses MAKES the right move=
He TURNS BACK to God=and
The RIGHTEOUS ONE


Just as we ALL
Should do


For the BATTLE
Is NEVER OURS ALONE


In the name of GOD=
The FATHER=and Jesus HIS SON
