FULFILLED IN GOD!
I don’t know about you=
But there is
Only ONE thing
That FULFILLS ME
In this world
And that is my CONNECTION
With God the Holy Father=and
His Son Jesus Christ
FIULFILLED IN GOD!
“Hers is your God=
He comes with VINDICATION=
With divine recompense
He comes to SAVE YOU
Then will the eyes
Of the blind=be opened=
The ears of the deaf
Be cleared=
Then will the lame
Leap like a stag=
Then the tongue of the mute=will sing” Isaiah
35:4-6
Isaiah offers us=a hymn celebrating
The RESTORATION of Jerusalem
And we glimpse=the magnificence
Of the Holy POWER of God
For many MIGHTY MIRACLES
Are coming=the blessed time
“HE COMES to save you”
FULFILLED IN GOD!
“A LONGING FULFILLED
Is sweet to the soul=but fools detest
Turning from evil”
Proverbs 13:19
“Every day I was with you
Teaching in the temple courts
And you=did not arrest me
But the Scripture
Must be FULFILLED”
Mark 14:49
“Let no debt=remain outstanding
Except the continuing debt
To love one another=
For whoever loves others=has FULFILLED
The law”
Romans 13:8
Yes=FULFILL the law of God=
Love God your Holy Father
And love ALL OTHERS too
Mark’s gospel today-
Offers the blessed FULFILLMENT
Of the prophetic hymn
Of Jesus=whose name means
“God saves” or “Savior”
FULFILLED in God and Jesus
Today=Jesus HEALS a man
Who is both
Deaf and mute=
The touch of Jesus
Changes all things
And the touch of Jesus
CHANGES our lives too
Everything in them
Fulfilled in God=and
Fulfilled in Jesus Christ
“I will FULFILL
My vows to the Lord
In the presence=
Of all his people”
Psalm
116:14
“Do not think
That I have come
To abolish the Law
Or the Prophets
I have not come
To abolish them==but to FULFILL THEM”
Matthew 5:17
We too have to LIVE
In the acknowledgement
Of God the Father=and of Jesus
Jesus came to save us
FULFILLED in the law!=and
IN GOD
In Jesus’ name=and in the name=of our EVER FULFILLING=God
the Holy Father!
