PRAYER IS A CONSTANT COMMITMENT

 

Every day I PRAY=

I pray=to God the Father

And I say prayers for you

And for the WHOLE WORLD

 

Prayer is a CONSTANT COMMITMENT=

And it can

Change the world=this world

NEEDS lots and lots of prayers

 

Prayer is a CONSTANT COMMITMENT

And it needs to

BE DONE DAILY=

We all need to be

In CONSTANT CONTACT=

But in a=godly PERSONAL WAY

NOT just in social media

 

“From the day-

We heard about you=

We do not cease

PRAYING FOR YOU”                                                                                                            Colossians 1:9

 

Today we read

About the GREAT Saint Paul

Who is in prison=

With a DEATH SENTENCE

Hanging over his head

 

Yet Paul REMINDS them

He is PRAYING FOR THEM

And he sees=in his BELOVED CHURCH

In Collossae=that they are

“The holy ones in light”

 

I assume that Paul

Was praying for their STRENGTH=

Their FAITH=and their perseverance

 

And in turn

I am sure=they prayed for Paul

PRAYER IS A CONSTANT COMMITMENT!

 

“COMMIT YOUR WAY

To the Lord-

Trust in him=and he will do this”                                                                                               Psalm 37:5

 

“Jesus called out

With a loud voice=

‘Father into your hands

I COMMIT my spirit’

 

When he said this-

He breathed his last”                                                                                                  Luke 23:46

 

“Now I COMMIT YOU

To God=and to the word

Of his grace

 

Which can BUILD you up

And give you an inheritance

Among those=who are sanctified”                                                                                       Acts 20:32

 

PRAYER was the constant commitment

Of Paul=it should be

A CONSTANT COMMITMENT

For us as well

 

EVERY DAY=I pray for my FAMILY=

All families=all my friends=and churches

AS WELL as my own

 

We need to CHANGE

The world=and it can ONLY be done

Through prayer

 

“The Lord has heard

My cry for mercy=

The Lord accepts MY PRAYER”                                                                                                 Psalm 6:9

 

“……..and will

Give our attention=TO PRAYER

And the ministry=of the word”                                                                                                  Acts 6:4

 

Paul and the apostles=

CHANGED the world=Because of Jesus=and

CONSTANT PRAYER COMMITMENT!

 

We can do it again=

IF we all pull together=work together

And PRAY TOGETHER=with constant commitment

 

IT CAN HAPPEN!  IT WILL HAPPEN!

In Jesus’ name=and in the name=of our EVER PRAYING Holy Father God!
