TEACHING US!

 

TEACHING US!

 

I love young PEOPLE=

I think they offer

A LOT=to our future

They are OUR HOPE

 

The YOUTH of this world

Have so much

TO TEACH US

 

IF we would

Just OPEN UP

Our eyes=our hearts

And our minds

 

And RECEIVE the WISDOM

From another perspective

TEACHING US!

 

“Let no one

Have contempt=for your YOUTH

 

But set an example

For those who believe=

In speech-conduct-

Love-faith-and purity”                                                                                                        1 Timothy 4:12

 

I have MET

So many young people=relatives=

Friends=and even strangers

 

They are great

YOUNG men and women=

I am hoping and PRAYING

That they=SET THE EXAMPLE

For us

 

That they BUILD

A world

Of love=of PEACE=

Of honesty and truth

 

The YOUTH

Of this world

Have a lot

TO TEACH US=if only

We could LEARN from them

 

“……..who satisfies

Your desires with good things

 

So that your YOUTH

Is renewed=like the eagle’s”                                                                                                Psalm 103:5

 

“Remember your CREATOR-

In the days=

Of your YOUTH”                                                                                                                            Ecclesiastes 12:1

 

“Flee the evil desires

OF YOUTH

And pursue righteousness-

 

Faith-love-and peace

Along with those=

Who call on the Lord

With a pure heart”                                                                                                            2 Timothy 2:22

 

I don’t envy our youth

For this world

That we are LEAVING THEM

 

I HOPE AND PRAY

They can turn

This world around=

And BUILD a world

Out of love=

They have much

TO TEACH US!

 

“TEACH US

To number our days

That we may gain

A heart of wisdom”                                                                                                       Psalm 90:12

 

“But the Advocate-

The Holy Spirit=

Whom the Father will send

In my name

 

Will TEACH you all things

And will remind you

Of everything=I have said to you”                                                                                John 14:26

 

Jesus LOVED the children=

The YOUTH of this world=

So do I

 

I hope and pray

They get it right

In their TIME=and teach us

TEACHING US!

 

For the sake of us

For the sake

Of THIS WORLD!

 

In Jesus’ name=and in the name=of our ever LOVING Holy Father God!
