TRUST=A BIG CHALLENGE

 

It seems we live in

A MORE DIFFICULT WORLD

Every day=where the number

Of people=we can TRUST=

Becomes less and less

 

But we have to CONTINUE

To TRUST in the Lord=

And our family and close friends=

Who else do we have?

TRUSTING today=

Is a big CHALLENGE

 

“TRUST IN him at all times=

O my people”                                                                                                                           Psalm 62:9

 

It seems as I grow OLDER=

Trusting becomes a big big CHALLENGE

 

There are many risks and pitfalls

In the world=I am aware of=and it gets greater

As we age

 

It can be health=it can be wealth=

Or it can be relationship problems

 

Then we have=all the problems

Of this world=Covid 19=

The great political divide=

And the world and racial problems

 

TRUST in the Lord=

Trust in your family

And close friends=

It is a BIG CHALLENGE

But they

Have always come through

For me BEFORE

 

“Some TRUST in chariots

And some in horses

 

But we TRUST

In the name of

The Lord our God”                                                                                                         Psalm 20:7

 

“This is what

The Sovereign Lord=

The Holy One of=Israel says=

 

‘’In repentance and rest-

Is your salvation=

In quietness and TRUST

Is your strength

But you would=have none of it’”                                                                               Isaiah 30:15

 

The lives of our children=

Our FAMILY=our friends worry us

TRUSTING GOD=to get

It right=

This world is a BIG CHALLENGE

 

With age=TRUSTING in the Lord

Becomes more necessary

But seemingly more difficult

 

TRUST in the Lord

Trust in your family

And your friends=

For the big challenges

Of your life

 

“Vindicate me-Lord

For I have led

A blameless life

 

I have TRUSTED

In the Lord-

And have not faltered”                                                                                                         Psalm 26:1

 

“Now it is required

That those

Who have been given

A TRUST=must prove faithful”                                                                                      1 Corinthians 4:2

 

The PSALMS were written for us

Who are getting older

 

God is OUR ROCK=

The psalmist sings=

Encouraging us-

To put our hearts

Into the Lord

 

Dear Lord=WE TRUST IN YOU

As we FACE the challenges

Of life=and

The challenges=of getting older

 

In Jesus’ name=and in the name=of our EVER TRUSTWORTHY=Holy Father God!
