When I hear the LYRICS
I can’t help but
LOOK around the church
And wonder IF
The people really are saying
“SEND ME”
I know that I am
“Here I am Lord
IS IT I LORD?
I have heard you calling
In the night
I WILL GO LORD
If you lead me
I will=HOLD your people
In my heart”
The TRUTH is
God and Christ=are sending
EVERYONE OF US
Who is a follower
Out into the world
We are to be his EXAMPLES
To the Word of God
To bring others to
The Word of God
SEND ME!
“He shall SEND
His angel before you
And you shall
Take a wife=from there”
Genesis 24:7
“Also I heard
The voice
Of the Lord=saying
‘Whom shall I SEND
And who will go
For us?’
Then I said=
‘Here I am=SEND ME’”
Isaiah 6:8
The truth is
The Lord CHOOSES
EACH and everyone
Of us
To be his REPRESENTATIVES
In this world
The question is
WHO of us really mean
“SEND ME!”
Who of us
Will have the COURAGE
To stand up for God
In today’s world
“Pray that
The Lord of the harvest
Will SEND forth
Laborers into the harvest”
Matthew 9:38
“Behold I SEND YOU
Forward=as sheep
In the middle of wolves
But you will BE
As wise as serpents
And as harmless=as doves”

Here I am Lord=
SEND ME!
So KNOW=if
I see you in church
I am singing=RIGHT ALONG beside you
For God=is indeed
Sending ALL of us
To BUILD his kingdom
All over again=FOR REAL
In this world
We are the
MODERN DAY DISCIPLES
Of God and Jesus
SEND ME!=SEND US!
Send us ALL!
In Jesus’ name=and in the name=of our FOREVER
LIVING-LOVING=Holy Father God!
