KEEP GETTING UP!
One of my nieces=
When she was a LITTLE GIRL
Used to always say
“It is
A HARD KNOCK LIFE”
And it certainly
Is that=but to be
SUCCESSFUL in life=we have
To KEEP GETTING BACK UP!
We have to
Get back up
ONE MORE TIME in life
Than life
KNOCKS us down=
That is
What makes us
A SUCCESS=in life
“They were quick to stray........
Whenever the Lord........took pity
On their distressful cries........
They would RELAPSE
And do worse........” Judges 2:17, 18-19
The people of God
Were FAITHFUL=and then
They were NOT
God would give them
ANOTHER CHANCE
And then
They would blow it again
That is the HISTORY
Of salvation=and that is
Also OUR OWN HISTORY
As well
We STRUGGLE to get out
Of the ruts=of life
WE GET UP=
Then we get knocked down
ONLY to try and
Rebound again
KEEP GETTING BACK UP!
It is a
HARD KNOCK LIFE
“Though he may STUMBLE
He will not fall
For the Lord
Upholds him
With his hand” Psalm 37:24
“Do not gloat
When your enemy falls
When they STUMBLE
Do not
Let your heart rejoice” Proverbs 24:17
“Do not cause
Anyone to STUMBLE
Whether Jews-
Greeks or the church of God-------
Even as I try
To please everyone
In every way” 1 Corinthians 10:32
Sometimes it is easier
To STAY DOWN
When we fall
But that is no fun=
We have to KEEP GETTING
BACK UP
When this life=knocks us down
To be SUCCESSFUL
We have to
STEEL our minds
And rebound=GET UP
One more time
Be successful
KEEP GETTING UP!
“Be strong
And very courageous
Be careful to obey
All the law
My servant Moses gave you=
Do not turn from it
To the right or to the left
That you may be SUCCESSFUL
Wherever you go” Joshua 1:7
Dear Lord=
Lead me ALONG your paths
Help me to KEEP
GETTING BACK UP
And follow you
IN your ways
In Jesus' name=and in the name of our EVER SUCCESSFUL FATHER
