WITHIN US=AND AROUND US!

 

ONE of the first things

I learned about God=

As a young boy=was that

GOD IS EVERYWHERE!

 

Who is always PRESENT=

In our lives-

No matter what is going on

 

God is with us=In happiness

And in joy=in celebration

And he is also with us in sadness=

And mourning

 

God is with us

All the time=he is

WITHIN US=AND ALL AROUND US=

God is everywhere!

 

The question is=

Are we WITH GOD?

Are we LIVING in God

And in Jesus?

 

“You have SEARCHED ME-

And you know me=LORD”                                                                                                             Psalm 139:1

 

God is with us=

When we welcome him

And God is with us

 

When we are

Doing something SHAMEFUL=

When we would rather

HIDE from God

 

God is living in us

God is WITHIN US=

AND ALL AROUND US!

God is present everywhere

 

“Lord the God of Israel-

You are righteous!

 

We are left this day

As a remnant=

Here we are

Before you==in our guilt

 

Though because of it

Not one of us=can stand

IN YOUR PRESENCE”                                                                                                                     Ezra 9:15

 

“Blessed are those

Who have learned

To acclaim you

 

Who walk=in the light

Of YOUR PRESENCE=Lord”                                                                                                    Psalm 89:15

 

Adam and Eve=thought they could

Hide their sins

From the Lord

They couldn’t=and we cannot either

 

God is present=WITHIN US

AND ALL AROUND US!

Fortunately for us=our God is

A God of love=and he sees us

With a FORGIVING HEART

 

Our God is NOT

Something or someone

Up in the clouds

 

HE IS WITHIN US=AROUND US!

Always=He lives= in us

 

“The fruit of the righteous

Is a tree=OF LIFE

 

And the one=who is wise

SAVES LIVES”                                                                                                                        Proverbs 11:30

 

“……..the Spirit of truth=

The world=cannot accept him

Because it neither sees him

Nor knows him

 

But you know him

For he LIVES WITH YOU=

And will be=IN YOU”                                                                                                          John 14:17

 

Jesus’=God’s HOLY SPIRIT

Lives WITHIN US=

He is present with us=at all times

 

HE IS WITHIN US=and

ALL AROUND US!

 

Dear Lord=you have searched me

And KNOW ME=and are present within us

What a BLESSING that that truly is

 

In Jesus’ name=and in the name=of our ALWAYS PRESENT=Holy Father!
