NOT BY OURSELVES!

 

NOT BY OURSELVES=I LOVE YOU LORD!

 

We are ALL lifting

HEAVY LOADS=in our life

Carrying crosses

 

But NOT BY OURSELVES

Are we carrying them=

We are carrying them=

With the Lord Jesus=and God

Our HOLY FATHER!

NOT BY OURSELVES!

 

“I cannot CARRY

All this people=by MYSELF

For they are

Too HEAVY for me”                                                                                                          Numbers 11:24

 

Today we read about

A whining complaining people=

Wanting meat=instead of manna

 

Poor Moses can’t take

It anymore=His CROSS

Is too heavy for him=

A lot like our own

Crosses=sometimes

 

But NOT BY OURSELVES

Are we=CARRYING OUR CROSSES=

We are=carrying them with the Father

And our Lord Jesus Christ=

NOT BY OURSELVES!

 

“Whoever does not take

Take up their CROSS

And follow me

Is not worthy of me”                                                                                                        Matthew 10:38

 

“For Christ=did not send me

To baptize

 

But to preach=the gospel--------

Not with wisdom=and eloquence-

Lest the CROSS OF CHRIST

Be emptied=of its power”                                                                                             1 Corinthians 1:17

 

“May I never boast

Except in the CROSS

Of our Lord=Jesus Christ

 

Through which

The world has been

Crucified to me

And I=to the world”                                                                                                     Galatians 6:14

 

Moses was=at the end

Of his rope=He was about

Ready to give up

 

I sympathize with Moses=I

Feel that way sometimes too=with all

This abdominal pain=

Yet we all=have to

KEEP ON GOING

 

I made a PROMISE

To God=and our

HOLY FATHER GOD=our brother Jesus

 

Wants us

To CARRY our crosses

To the BEST of our ability

 

NOT BY OURSELVES!

Are we carrying our crosses=

For God and Jesus

Are walking right along

BESIDE US

 

“Then Moses went up to God

And the Lord=called to him

From the mountain

And said=

 

‘This is what you are=to say

 

To the descendants of Jacob=

And what you are to tell

The people of Israel’

 

“YOU YOURSELVES have seen

What I did=to Egypt

 

And how I CARRIED YOU

On eagles wings=and brought you

To MYSELF””                                                                                                                Exodus 19:3-4

 

Moses CARRIED his cross=

Jesus carried his CROSS=

We carry our crosses too

But NOT BY OURSELVES!

 

God the HOLY FATHER!=Jesus-and all the SAINTS

From the beginning of time=

Are right there with us

 

THEY ARE RIGHT BESIDE US!
