THE POWER=OF A MOTHER’S LOVE

(The power of GOD’S LOVE)          

 

 

Today we Read=about the POWER=of a Mother’s love=a

Mother goes to Jesus=and asks him=to have her

DEMON possessed daughter healed

 

Jesus tells her=NO at first=but the woman persists after Jesus=

“She said=’Please Lord=for EVEN the dogs=eat the scraps=that

FALL=from the table of their masters’”                                                                                        Matthew 15:27

 

“Jesus answered’=’ I was sent only=to the LOST Sheep

Of Israel’”                                                                                                                                               Matthew 15:24

 

FINALLY=in the end=after some discourse=Jesus

Relinquishes=and HEALS the woman’s daughter=”’Woman=

You have great FAITH=Your request is GRANTED’ =and her daughter was

HEALED=at that moment”                                                                                                                   Matthew 15:28

 

The power=OF A MOTHER’S LOVE=the POWER of God’ love=it

TAKES BOTH=to CREATE A MIRACLE

 

This story takes me back=to my OWN MIRACLE=some 47 and ½

Years ago=Lying there=in my own hospital bed=with a 108 degrees

Temperature=tubes coming out of=EVERY ORIFICE=of my body=and

LOOKING up at my MOM=and her tears

 

ALL I could think of=HOW it would BE for my mom=if I did

Die=and her brown crying eyes=God granted me a MIRACLE=and

I spent 33 more years=with my MOM

THE POWER=of a MOTHER’S LOVE=THE POWER OF GOD’S LOVE

It takes both=TO CREATE A MIRACLE             

 

“God is exalted=IN HIS POWER=Who is a teacher like him?”                                                  Job 36:22

 

“Proclaim=THE POWER of God=whose majesty is over Israel

WHOSE POWER=is in the heavens?”                                                                                                  Psalm 68:34

 

“See=the Sovereign Lord=COMES WITH POWER=and he rules=

With a mighty arm”                                                                                                                                  Isaiah 46:10

 

The woman today=this mother=WHAT PERSISTENCE=she had

It takes=THE POWER=of a Mother’s LOVE=it takes=the POWER of

God’s love=IT TAKES FAITH=it takes all three=to CREATE A MIRACLE!

 

If the mother’s FAITH is powerful=how much more MUST=God’s love be=and

Then we have=THE BLESSED MOTHER’S LOVE=for her Son Jesus=and

The Holy Ftaher God=THE MIRACLE of miracles=the RESURRECTION=it

Takes a MOTHER’S LOVE=to CREATE a miracle=it takes GOD’S LOVE=to

CREATE A MIRACLE=it takes FAITH=to create a MIRACLE!

 

“The voice of the Lord=IS POWERFUL=the voice of the Lord is majestic”                            Psalm 29:4

 

“About Jesus of Nazareth’= they replied=’He was a prophet=POWERFUL

In word and deed=before God=and all the people’”                                                                 Luke 24:26

 

“Therefore=confess your sins=to each other=and pray

For each other=so that you may be healed=The prayer of a righteous

Person=IS POWERFUL AND EFFECTIVE”                                                                                     James 5:16

 

Dear Lord=WE PRAY=for ALL MOTHERS=in today’s world=and

ALL their ailing children=for it TAKES

 

THE POWER=OF A MOTHER’S LOVE=and THE POWER of God’s love=

And the POWER OF FAITH=to CREATE A MIRACLE!

 

In Jesus’ name=and in the name=of our FOREVER LIVING=forever loving

Forever FAITHFUL=Holy Father God!
